The 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Is Getting Expensive

The upcoming 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will get more expensive

The new 2021 version of the full-size luxury sedan will start well above $100,000 while the 2021 Mercedes S500 4Matic has a base price of $110,850. It will have $15,650 increase over the previous 2020 model while the new V-8–powered S580 4Matic starts at $117,350.

The S500 is not equal with the S450 but it now comes comes standard with all-wheel drive and gives more power from its new inline-six—429 strength compared and the past V-6 motor’s 362 horsepower. The S580’s V-8 advantages from a more humble power increment, adding 33 hp for another absolute of 496 hp. The two engines come standard with a 48-volt hybrid system.

Mercedes-Benz is planning to offer a manner of options that will lead to a comfortable spot in the market. The AMG lines offer both with added equipment such as rear-wheel steering, a body kit, a special head-up display, a Warmth & Comfort package with heated armrests, steering wheel, and rear seats. The prices starts at $115,150 (S500) and $121,650 (S580).

The Executive Line is offered distinctly with the V-8 and starts at $132,500, adding a wide scope of extravagances, for example, rubbing back seats, rear amusement screens, and a much more modern back tire controlling framework that can turn the back tires up to 10 degrees.

Mercedes-Benz also announced that the Maybach version of the S-class should eventually performs higher AMG versions of the luxury sedans.

The models will hit the US market on the 1st half of 2021.
