Tesla is hiring more customer service to attend the complaints and concerns of customers

The company is listing a new position for a remote customer service job. The role is to attend to social media concerns and complaints directed at Elon Musk. CEO Elon Musk is known to use Twitter.

It’s not new that Tesla has personnel taking a gander at social media to get clients feedback and even address direct customer complaints.

There are instances that customers having issues getting Tesla to address specific issues just to get a get call back to subsequent to posting to social media and tagging Tesla and/or Elon Musk.

Tesla has made efforts to improve with new features, like an issue escalation feature on its website but had disappointing results.
