Payment & Shipping
We currently give FREE Shipping for selected items placed within the United States mainland with minimum $0 purchase, and for the items who are exempted on the FREE shipping, the standard shipping charge is $5.99 plus additional $1 per lbs.
Standard delivery aims to deliver your orders in the fastest time possible. Delivery time may vary from 1-10 days within US mainland, and 1-15 days for outside the US mainland. Standard delivery operates 7 days a week from 8 AM to 4 PM excluding selected holidays.
Please provide a full address including any special instructions. We ship through various leading courier services and as soon as we dispatched your orders, we will send you the tracking number in which you can use to track your orders.
If you believe that your order is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been damaged, please refuse to take the package and email us at [email protected].
- Any images of the products that are displayed in our store are for illustration purposes only and actual available products for purchase may differ from which is shown.
- We use reasonable efforts to make sure the colors, sizes and details are displayed accurately.
- Any packaging that we use for products to you may vary from any packaging specified in our store.
Order for Products
- Our order process will allow you to check the items in your cart and revise any errors before submitting the order.
- Your order constitutes an offer by you to buy our products on the terms mentioned. You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We are only deemed to have accepted your offer (and form the contract of sale/purchase) when we send you an email confirming your order (“Order Confirmation”).
- We may refuse your order if:
- If the product is unavailable/out of stock.
- If we cannot obtain authorization for your payment.
- A contract will be formed when we send you an email that contains the order confirmation.
- The contract will only apply to those products that have been confirmed. We are not obliged to supply any products that are not part of your order.
- All our products are subject to availability. If any or all of the products you have ordered are or become unavailable/out of stock or any reasonable error in our store, we will make efforts to notify you as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and advise you of the revised delivery dates. In such cases, if the products are already paid we will notify you as soon as possible when the products will be delivered or refund you the amount paid.
- We accept orders worldwide.
- We will use a courier service to deliver products to customers.
- The date of delivery listed on the order confirmation is the estimated date of delivery as is reasonably estimated by us.
- We will be deemed to have delivered the product(s) to you when we deliver them to the address you gave us when placing the order.
- After the product(s) has been delivered, we will notify you via email to advise that the products have been successfully delivered to the address you gave us.
- The delivery of your newly purchased products will take place between Monday to Sunday within normal business hours.
- Our carrier will contact you via phone call/SMS upon delivery.
- For your protection, a signature is required for delivery. The shipment will be handed to any person at the delivery address for signature.
- We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.

Payment for all products must be made using any payment methods available onsite upon “checkout” within the Wheelive.
- The price of the products will be as quoted in our store. Product prices include VAT and taxes. Unless otherwise stated upon checkout, the price quoted on our store for products includes delivery charges.
- Product prices and delivery charges may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
